GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium

There are unparalleled opportunities for individuals aged 18 and older to contribute at iconic locations like GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium and Kauffman Stadium. To volunteer at these premier venues, participants must complete training sessions provided by Aramark or Levy. Key training components include:
  • Annual Aramark Policy and Procedures Training
  • TEAM Alcohol Training: Valid for 3 years
  • Food Handlers Permit: Valid for 3 years

Appearance Standards

  • No jewelry with stones, small studded earrings only
  • Hair longer than shoulder length must be tied back for safety and professionalism

Volunteer Eligibility

Age Requirement: Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

Dress Code

  • Uniform: Participants should wear black or khaki pants (sweatpants, leggings, jeans, or athletic wear are not permitted). Skorts, skirts, and knee-length shorts may be acceptable when approved by Aramark/Levy. Aramark/Levy will provide a shirt. For special events, shirts will be checked out for the event and returned as you exit.
  • Hats: A Chiefs and Royals hat will be provided on the Aramark level; Levy does not provide a hat. If no hats are available, you may wear your own Chiefs or Royals hat, or you will be required to wear a hairnet.
  • Footwear: Black closed-toe shoes that are slip-resistant.
  • No metal water bottles, only clear cups or water bottles are allowed.

Parking Details

  • Arrowhead: Parking: Graceway Church at 5610 Blue Ridge Cutoff, Raytown, MO, shuttles provided.
  • Royals Games: Parking is in Lot D or Lot L. Enter through Gate 3 off Blue Ridge Cutoff and either present your Royals badge or tell the attendant you're volunteering with an NPO group.

Arrival

Upon arrival for Arrowhead events, volunteers must present a QR code or an ID badge to check in. Everyone volunteering will receive an email to present before entering the tunnel between the stadiums. Once you enter the tunnel, check in with Aramark at the NPO table or the Levy table. All volunteers will sign in at their assigned stands. For Royals events, volunteers will check in at the NPO volunteer window inside the main tunnel located on the left side.

T-Mobile Center

Requirements

  • Food Handlers: Jackson County or Aramark permits must be carried at all times.
  • Liquor License: ServSafe certification is necessary; the training can be obtained through their official website.
  • Age Restrictions: Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

Dress Code and Check-In

  • Uniform: A T-Mobile Center shirt is required when volunteering and can be picked up at check in. When available, shirt cost is $35. All-black uniform is required (shoes, slacks, and hat).
  • Parking: Available at several locations near the venue; check specific spots for availability. Spots include Oak & Grand Street (around the former KC Star Building); 12th & Charlotte; and 10th/11th & Cherry.
  • Stand Assignments: Typically, stand assignments/placements are sent out 48 hours before an event. This is subject to change (potentially on the day of the event) due to staffing requirements set by T-Mobile Center.
  • Entrance: The entrance to the T-Mobile Center is located at the southeast corner and is marked by a T-Mobile Center sign. Security check in is located at the bottom of the stairwell.
  • Check-In Process: Upon arrival, volunteers must enter through security then sign in at stand 104.

Cable Dahmer Arena

License Requirements

An Independence Liquor License and a Kansas City Food Handlers Permit are mandatory. The liquor license can be obtained online for $30 and is valid for three years. Please print out copies of this license, keep one for yourself and one for the venue. Cable Dahmer Arena keeps copies of these on file. Online alcohol training with SMART (State of Missouri Alcohol Responsibility Training) is required.

Uniform and Age Requirements

  • Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Dress Code: Black pants and shoes.

KU Athletics

Permits and Age Requirements

Age Requirement: Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

Uniform Requirement

Uniform requirements are black pants or shorts when permitted, a black hat for back-of-house volunteers, and all-black shoes (no white soles). All volunteers must be in matching uniform shirts. Hair must be pulled up and out of your face for front-of-house and bartending/attendant volunteers.

Clear Stadium Bag Policy

A clear stadium bag policy allows for clear empty water bottles and sealed 20-oz. water bottles.

Specific parking availability and check-in points are designated for each venue.

CPKC Stadium (KC Current)

Requirements

Food Handlers: Jackson County or Aramark permits must be carried at all times. Liquor License: ServSafe certification is necessary; the training can be obtained through their official website. Age Restrictions: Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.

Essential Training and Uniform

Volunteers are required to hold a Jackson County or Aramark food handlers permit and complete ServSafe training, as well as an annual 15-minute orientation video, Creating Legends.

Dress Code

Black pants and shoes are mandatory, along with a uniform shirt and a red hat provided by CPKC. Premium areas will provide shirts to volunteers in the Pitch Club and Party Deck.

Clear Stadium Bag Policy

No metal water bottles only clear cup or water bottle is allowed.

Parking

Offsite parking is available at 427 W 12th St, Kansas City, MO, with shuttle service for volunteers to and from the venue. Parking passes will be sent to all volunteers before the event's arrival.
